Ran after work.  TONS of pollen in the air.  
*After my lunch run, I walked two doors down to the Oak St Medical Allery docs office and made an appt for 3/29 for my allergies.  Enough is enough.  
Post-work, I ran easy->uptempo, really working the compact, push-behind turnover.  It's actually a TON easier to keep up a good stride rate running this way!  Ran to Tugman and back.  Felt a little so-so but not terrible.  
Did a good round of strength afterward - my first bout in a whole week!  Yeah, it's been a hectic week...
