Comments:
I ran down Stony Hill and then around Falls lake trail. I ran the whole loop in 1.11.35. I have probably never been so tired in my life (I think from jet-lag/traveling) and it felt so good to finish! I also did some push ups and ab excises and that helped me cool down.
