Charlotte Day 2

Comments:
Warmed up a mile and a half, then got ready to run the open 800. I was way overthinking it and way too nervous as the earlier heats were going off, although I did get to watch Phil rip a 1:55 which was awesome. Decided to get angry instead of nervous which helped some. Went out about right, third 200 was on the slow side despite talking about focusing on that during the race. Didn't quite get last though, so that was nice.

32, 32, 37, 33

Phil was out of the 4x8 so either Garrett or I had to run it, and Garrett's shins were bothering him. so we took a mile cooldown and I tried to get ready to run again. Ran pretty slow but focused on the third 2 which coach said was my second fastest (the first one was 32ish). Lost the one spot we'd gained but I was pretty beat. After dropping my gear off at the stands, joined the Clemson guys for their cooldown; apparently one of them wound up also running the 4x4. Legs were super beat after the second race. Shower and change at UNCC before heading back to Cleveland on the bus.
