Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Entry 240. I ran a recently discovered loop, feeling a bit under the weather, and had no physical desire to push the pace. I did 5 minutes of the Peter Silverman squat/pushup progression after six rather slow striders. I do feel in general shape lately, but not in RUNNING shape. Let spring break training begin.
