Weather: 65 and sunny
Comments:
After a week and a half of sporadic half-hour runs, I kicked into my summer training officially with a solid hour long training run. I felt really good. I ran following a good warm-up, finished with a long stretch, ate after, and did core work and push-ups at night. This makes me very confident about this summer ahead as far as training goes. To do: buy one-a-day vitamins and look into heart-rate monitor.
