Comments:
Anything that can go wrong will go wrong. I got completely lost in Cambridge, MA, felt out of shape and my IT hurt towards the end. I ran along the Charles river for a bit, trying to follow the map that the hotel gave me, but quickly veered far off course. The wind was in my face, and I had to consult the map several times to no avail. Thus I was out for much longer than I was actually running. The only consolation was that I felt sore afterwards. My colleague who shall not be named (see the old testament) harshly rebuked my lack of a watch. I am beginning to agree with him.
