Weather: ~35 degrees, Chilly

Comments:
Not very good today. 30 minute fartlek, 1 minute hard, with 2 min recovery. During the warmup I was already feeling really tired. About halfway through the fartlek my stomach really started to bother me, so I basically finished it at little more than a brisk jog, which is really bad. This whole week is gonna be full of tough workouts, so hopefully I can get a little more out of the rest of the week.
