Weather: ~40 degrees, Chilly
Comments:
Speedy stuff today. 3 sets of 5x200, each set starting slower and getting progressively faster, with less rest. Felt ok, but the times were a bit slower than I'd have liked. The biggest issue though was baseball practicing on the turf. As if they didn't have their own field 5 feet away. Luckily no one got beaned, even though there were a couple close calls.
