Comments:
Warmed up 2 miles then went to MLK for a tempo with David Carter. The miles were 5:52, 5:48, 5:45, 5:40. 5:34 . Felt great again, and really in a groove for most of it. I feel my aerobic shape improving again.

HR: High 160s

Cooled down back to Veale. Stretch, roll, abs
