Apartment, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: east to Robin Trail and full Robin Loop and back

6:05 AM. Sleep: 6.5 hr. Some difficulty getting up to run, felt better on the second half of this run, realize that I need to make sure that I am putting in the miles for Boston, stretch, crunches & pushups.
