Comments:
Ran the 1500 workout with Mike and MJ. Warmup with MJ, Mike, Gilad, Chris E, Tim, Aaron, Taylor, Rebecca (the 4pm group for the day) Nice easy cooldown after with just Chris for most of it.
Workout was 3 x tempo 1k with 2 minutes between, followed by 3x 400 at goal race pace. Coach said she wanted us 3:25-3:30 (82-84 per 400). Hit pace for all three and my third was the fastest but Mike and MJ were blowing my doors off and to run with them could have compromised my workout. So I chilled off the back for the k's and the race pace 4s as well. 200 jog recovery between thousands. I know I have the kick, the trick is being there to use it.
