Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran over to Carter's and did 11.5 with him before running back. Felt really good and according to Carter was going about 7:10-7:15 the whole run.
Who knows, maybe I can still hit a boston qualifier. Will try to keep up 40-45 miles until the marathon and stay healthy and then see how it goes :)
