Lisa coaching. 6X 150 fast from flags to wall, then descend 500, 7:32, descend 300, 4:27, descend 500 7:34, last 300 4:28, all with buoy. Felt surprisingly fresh after swimming yesterday and then a struggle to run just 3 miles in afternoon.
