Weather: ~35 degrees, Chilly

Comments:
5x 3:00 at tempo feel, followed up by 6x150 accelerations. Didn't feel too hot today. I'm pretty sure I'm getting enough sleep, but I think the semester's starting to get to me. But, things went ok otherwise. Also, right hamstring feeling pretty sore. Probably because of the hip extension thing from the lift on Monday. Rolled it out for a while though, so it feels a bit better now.
