Comments:
Ran the mile workout with the crew. Felt pretty decent but Coach had us take heart rates after the third and told us we were pushing too hard. Kind of ignored the watch after that. 150's felt good, nice to let it rip. Haven't lost too much in the way of legspeed; I have a few gears on top of 800 pace. Cooldown straight back.

6 x 150m mile pace/800 pace/ kick with 250m recovery.
