felt horrible. Planed on going at least five, maybe six but my legs were absolutely shot. I really could not move at all. One of the weirdest things I've encountered. Most likely a result of biking yesterday. I feel like I sleep ran a 10k. On a positive note nothing hurts. Ran inner kg trails. 3 miles 21:30.
