MY GOD am I tired.  Sheesh!  It's half being an idiot: why was I up til 1130 last night?  Stupid!  I need to be more disciplined.  Woke up at 0530 to run, but couldn't drag my ass out there 'til 0550.  Thus, only 5 mi instead of 8-10 that I really wanted.
I almost didn't make it, period.  I felt so mf-ing tired, that I almost turned  back, but thankfully the legs came around.  Honestly, the legs and stride feel good, but I have ZERO energy.  I'm not sure how much of either/all it is:
1.) "redline training"
2.) Allergies
3.) low carbing.
4.) low sleep.
A bit of all, I think.
Very slow run, probz 8:30 pace average, no faster.  
Misty but not hard raining; just enough to knock down pollen, I hope.  :)
