Comments:
Ran in the afternoon from the house with Aaron. He was fine with going slow so we ran comfortably. Nice classic scarborough run weather was great as well. Had a good convo about dealing with shit. Felt pretty good running, still feel a little held back, but body is getting back into it.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Quick and easy stretch while watching Weed Country, right into Pot Cops (wtf...) I wonder if the decreased amount of essentials will make me more sore, even though I am not really doing any fast things. We shall see, and its ok because I know how to deal with it.
