Comments:
Super nice out today, but way windier than I'd like. 2x200 striders, 2x1000 Tempo, then 3x(2x200). Rest varied for each. Not very quick today, but again, probably attributable to being solo against the wind. I think I got enough sleep last night, but stress is definitely super high for classes right now. I should be ok after tomorrow though. Lightened lift upon request, and stretch. Hip became bothersome throughout the day. Hopefully this goes away, I've come too far this season to be stopped by my body.
