It's amazing how 7 miles can be easy once you're in shape. Thanks god I had a half marathon to train for back in March. HR is good, I was in the low 130's for most of the run. Ran with a friend who runs a slower pace, perfect for keeping the HR down on the easy runs. weighed 150 this morning, love to get down to 146-147 before the marathon.
