Made it to practice on time :) actually I was a little late. Everyone was heading out to the track, but Phil needed to add on a little because he was back to lift. Exciting, I had someone to run with today. We headed out behind everyone to the track. As we were all out on the warm up, the weather started to get pretty nasty. A thunderstorm came in and it started to down pour. There was a lot of lightening as well. Phil and I booked it back to Veale. I wanted to add on more miles, but I didnt want to go up to the cardio room, so I went back out. Out to Little Italy and then back on Random Rd. The second loop wasnt bad the rain stopped, but I was pretty cold. Felt pretty good today. Went faster than usual, since it was storming mostly and that kinda scared the crap outta me.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, pushups

I went downstairs right after I got back so that I could weigh myself, but the scale was gone. Darn. Back up and stretched a little bit in front of the stairs. Ehh. The whole team came back since they couldnt be out on the track with the storm. Wow I have never really seen practice get canceled by Cleveland weather... we always man up and get through that shit. Did some pushups in the locker room. Those felt really invigorating. I havnt done anything like that in quite some time. Legs feel a bit sore after. They were all fine during the run though, no aches and pains. Running is feeling a lot more comfortable and normal now.
