Comments:
Make-up for yesterday's storm today. 2x600, 2x400, 3x300, 4x200. I saw a worm on the start/finish line and saved him, but then I saw how many were on the track and gave up on that. Started out a little rough in the 600s, but as I warmed up more, the reps got better and better. Didn't have much time to stretch afterwards, so I'll be feeling that later.
