2 Aleve - ACE brace on left leg. Run 15 walk 5 for an hour.
Two aleve and again Run 15 walk 5 - BUT Foot burn in the second set, even in the walk phase. Took off shoes and walked in stockings in the cool down. 99 heart rate at rest 141 top end on first set. then 89 at end of 5 min walk and 134 at top of 15 min run. # 168
