MLK: Space and Time

April 12, 2013 (Afternoon)

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran in the afternoon from Veale. Ran solo since no one was around and ready to run. It was kinda chilly out but shorts were ok. Didnt have my watch either, since I forgot it, but Chris came up clutch and lent me his. Ran out towards MLK and out to the 1.5 turn around. I tried to keep a consistent and "quick" pace, and succeeded. Felt pretty good, but I was starting to get weak legged on the way back. This was a decently longer run for me. About as smooth as I have felt in a while though, even if it took some effort to hold such a pace

Essentials: Stretch, roll, pushups

Quick stretch out, legs feeling fine. A bunch of people got back from the track meeting on northside and were in the locker room. Somehow, Chris got on his epic speech about time and space and cosmology. We all chimed in. Basically got my mind blown talking about some pretty intense stuff... Make you think about everything.

4 x 10 pushups
