Comments:
Ran in the afternoon with Aaron and Emil from the house. Did a lot of work in the morning, pretty much the next two weeks I am just getting my projects done. Weather wasnt all that great today, overcast and a little chilly honestly. Felt kinda tough going out and trying to keep up. At lee I turned off and went solo, across Beaumont Bridge then back NP and W St James. Felt good coming back since I could regulate my own pace. Feel like I could go faster but something is holding me back (all the training I lost). That is a good sign for my energy levels. Felt great to get out and get in a good run overall. Nothing really felt bad. On the way back down Bellfield I felt pretty good and tried to finish up strong.
Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll
Good stretch out. And it felt good to be out of the cold and cloudy. Was thinking about how today was my goal, to run my best race at All Ohio and have a final blowout at UAAs. It was weird being back here and left behind. Kinda sad. In the end though, things happened the way then did and I am not upset about it at all since I could not control it. Im taking this opportunity and putting it to its best, which I am pretty excited and happy about. It feels great to see and hear about everyone's awesome performances at the meet.
overall run was a little longer than 5. Bumpin up.
