Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a fun workout tonight with the dogs. 1.5 warmup, then 12 x 1:00 with 1:00 recovery. Tried to run between 5:00 to 5:30 pace, but I'm totally clueless about pace right now. Felt great. Nice and relaxed. I was only planning on doing 6-8 of them.
