Comments:
Long day today. 3 sets of 5x300. Target pace of 54 for each, and either met or went faster than it each time. Took a couple to get going as usual, but once I got into my groove it got a lot better. We also got some music in the last set, thanks to some travel football team game, so that made things a bit nicer.
