With Chris and Joe from the House. Havnt been out to SHHS in a while, a good loop. Nice weather today as well. First time in a while I felt very comfortable running, keeping the pace and the stride. A very good run. Legs felt good as well.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

Legs feeling worked after, which feels so good.

Little longer than 5.5 so sweet. And good pace.
