Comments:
Warmed-up to MLK with CWade and Drew. Then, did my first 6 miler tempo. Legs felt a bit tired and it felt harder than it should. But, my HR was fine. Legs are just getting accustomed to workouts I guess.

Cool down then stretch, roll, essentials.
