Crazy Cleveland

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Warmed-Up to MLK for a tempo and drilled. Upon starting it was probably in the upper 50s, light breeze = I was wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Once I got going the tempo began to feel good.

When I reached the lake it began to rain, and when I turned around, the wind accompanying the rain suddenly had a wind chill in at max the low 40s. So, between the rain, smell of dead fish, and surprise freezing cold wind, this segment was not the most enjoyable.

Then, I turned around and away from the lake it was warm again. Crazy Cleveland.

Mile were 5:50, 5:48, 5:44, 5:48, 5:40, 5:40. I do want to start running these a bit more even.

Achilles sore when finished.
