Northside and back

Back at practice. Felt like it has been a while, but it was natural. We took a picture that said "Run 4 Boston" and we are gonna put it on facebook. Pretty cool stuff. After that warm up over to the track via little Italy. Felt tired, but I kept up with everyone. It was good. Weather was nice out today kinda cool to keep things in check.

At the track, we all got ready for the workout. I got to lead drills today at the drill captain. It has been a while and I am happy I got to do it one last time. I obviously wasnt doing the workout, so I hung around for a while then did laps on the track. I think I did 1.5 miles. The hurdles were set up for the practice, and I went over a few, because I can do what I want. It was pretty cool, but I was thinking about what it would be like to be out on the track in my spikes running with everyone, training for that big race... Waited until Tony was ready to head back then ran through little italy with him for some solid mileage on the day.

Essentials: Stretch, L7

Simple stretching. No equipment room so I couldnt get a roller. NBD legs felt good today. I felt pretty comfortable as well. It was good to be back at practice.
