Comments:
Ran with Chris Drew and Ethan in the AM. Tired waking up (we both were) but felt great right when we stepped out the door. Weather was that crisp AM smell you get in Cali near the beach... I have no idea what it is doing here lol. Anyways went out NP around second lake and back. I felt good pretty much the whole way. Chris and I had on our new halfzips so dank. This was nice havnt had an AM run since I got sick, and that was the last run before it.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7, pushups

Stretch up in my room after good stuff. Legs feeling that good soreness. Longest Run in a while as well
