Comments:
Ran 4 ish with Ben and CWade and then I added on about 5 more. So much need for multiple bathroom breaks! IDK what was going on!
I think I am going about my form change wrong, landing too much on my toes, so I focused on bring my toes up but not necessarily landing on them and for the second part of my run things felt much better. Then though when I finished after stretching, it felt back to how it was last Friday. Wtf! Why do I suddenly get injured weekly, unbelievable.
You would think more sleep and more self-care would result in less of this.
