Comments:
Ran with Chris and Phil. Nice break from all the projects. I have been working a lot the past few weeks... Its almost over lots of stuff due next week, then the wrap up of college... WTF?? Nice and sunny out today, but still a little chilly. Felt way better than yesterday, maybe because I was running with people. Felt good coming back in as well.

Essentials: Stretch, roll, L7

Got to stretch outside for a while which was nice. Felt good after stretching. See how much running I get in next week with busy days and nights. No problems though got up to 30 miles this week which was great.
