1K and 500M Intervals

Comments:
Awesome interval workout.
5 1K intervals with 4 second pick up followed by 3 500M runs with last 100 sprint.
For the 1K intervals we jogged 100M and had a total of between one minute and a minute and a half rest.

I felt great and loved this workout. I feel like we should do a ton more interval type workouts, as they always seem to yield great results.

About 1-2 minute rest between 500's
Felt great, and after the first two intervals of the 1K's I decided the goal times felt way too slow, and sped them up.
