Let it be known that for the first time in the history of my running career, I predicted a workout (nota bene, before Stats). We did two 400s and four 200s at American university with a lap between each four and a 200 jog between each two. I felt alright, but was clearly much too nervous on the first 400m. The workout was overseen by none other than Peter Silverman.
