The Shell to SW Bike Path to Glenway to Monroe to Edgewood to Wingra Path to Mills to Regent to the Shell (with a pack of Running Club), up Regent to Westmoreland to Mineral Point to High Point (alone)-

Running with a group really helped me get through this one today, even if I hardly spoke for most of it and didn't really know anyone. The route took us up a bunch of gradual hills and down steep ones, the exact opposite of what I would have chosen, but was still okay. The rest of it by myself, despite being fairly long, went quick enough that I more or less looked up to find I only had a couple miles left.
