Comments:
Dropped off Gus. Run from Ottacam down the Trail - through construction and closed from Norfolk Plumbing past plum point. Xtra loop around the block. Through Harbors edge lot, down front street Turn around at AMTRAK and back over the bridge to OttaCam. 2 Aleve, Ace on left knee. no discomfort until te last mile. Stop at OttaCam then run home. Feet felt almost normal on final leg.
