Comments:
I loved this workout. nice and long and mixed it up. 30 minutes easy, 30 minutes AT, 20 x 200 (42) with 100 jog. I nailed it with the 200s 40-42 with two in 39. The first one was slow since I just went right into it (44). Jogs in cooldown below.
