Comments:
To AU, two laps and back to school, with a set of 1:00 planks and leg lifts beforehand. I felt better than the past couple days, but still sore. Agh! I'm still trying to wrap my mind around the 3200m and have had a lot of homework. Anthony gave us boys a speech and the seniors also made some remarks.
