Comments:
ran fast and hard and long. good!!! got to the anderson footbridge in 46:33; ran an extra loop up past de wolfe round the boston side and down the bridge for another 8 minutes. wanted to get into the 1: 15 range training for new charles. still had gas in the tank at the end of the run. 7.5 miles give or take?
