Comments:
Went in the afternoon with Ethan Emil and Chris. It was toasty out today, thats for sure. Nice sun out. We had no idea where to go, so we kinda just ended up going to SHHS and looping around. Kinda cool it was very spontaneous. Chris and Emil did pick it up on the way back, and I was starting to feel fatigued. Hung back with Ethan. We talked about lots of random stuff. Legs felt fine, not as sore from bowling as I thought. Upper body was the most sore spot.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Did some stretching out on the front lawn afterward.
