I was planning to do a 3 mile tempo after this but my stomach pains came on and were completely debilitating. I attempted to start the tempo after waiting 10 minutes, felt recovered and ready for it, but 100m in my stomach wouldn't allow it.

Limped through a 2 mile recovery and then had major stomach pain the remainder of the night.
