sooo yesterday after my run i kind of fell down going up the stairs.. little embarrassing. but i hit my knee and it hurts and this made the run not very fun. steps also suck. :( it could have been worse i guess, but i feel like i hit my knee in the worst spot i could have. only did 3 miles instead of five, because it hurt. hopefully it feels better after a few days. this is great!
