I'm not sure why Mr. Paul thought this was a suitable run given the weather and the fact that it's late in the season, but he decided to send me and some others off on the longest run that I have personally gone on since cross country sophomore year. I get injured pretty easily, it just so happens, so why this is considered acceptable is beyond me. Anyway it was tiring but we did it at an easy pace so I should be recovered for tomorrow's workout, which will be followed by... another track workout on wednesday. You'd think that on weeks where we have saturday meets, we wouldn't have to deal with these double speed workouts, but nope.
