Comments:
Apartment, Eldridge, Terry Hershey Park: to Wilcrest and back

10:30 AM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Another late night, actually feel asleep in the recliner until 6 and then got into bed, bunch of squirrel running around in the yard, saw the black squirrel on the way back, breeze gave some relief from the heat, cyclist complimented my pace on the way back, overall, fairly good run but draining, stretch, crunches & pushups.
