Not sure exactly how far or exact time but I heard the loop was 2 miles so judging by how long I was gone and how many loops I did it hade to be around 7...felt ok, my right arch of my foot was kind of sore, almost felt flat footed...leg didnt bother me to bad still not getting a lot of force out of it though
