Turkey Hill and Quarry

Didnt feel great today. I was such a lazy fatass all day, watching TV and playing videogames (I watched an episode of Cougar Town... WTF) My belly button was hurting me as well. Finally went outside to help walk the dogs. From the dog walk, went on tough hill run. Ran up Stevenson, Turkey Hill and Quarry, then came down the hill home. Started out feeling slow but got into it, and I went up the hills relatively strong. Elevation change from the bottom of Turkey Hill to the top of Quarry is 400 ft. The wind was blowing in my face pretty much the whole way up. Feel way better at the end of the run, cleared my runny nose and the headache. Even if it is rainy and crappy out, sometimes you need to get out and get some fresh air.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Quick stretch and roll when I got back. Legs feel nice and shook out, not too heavy.
