Monkey Run

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran from the plantations in the morning after it rained. The sun came out and it was pretty humid, but not all that hot. Decent conditions. It made the trails wet n' wild. Ran Horse Hill, through the fields to Monkey Trails, and took those all the way out to the Rope. Took it easy with the roots and the puddles and cruized through the trails. It was really nice and a lot of fun. Kinda popped out in the field and cut straight over to Hanshaw at the SPCA, then took Hanshaw back to Freese and the Freese Trails. Started to feel tired in the middle, but finished strong in the trails. Overall a great run considering I still have a runny nose, cough and a little bit of a headache. Feels so great to get outside.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, pushups

Stretched a little bit at Flat Rocks, but then drove home and finished essentials there.
