Engineering Hall to Babcock to Lake Mendota trail to Park to State to Washington to Regent to Westmoreland to Mineral Point to High Point-
I didn't get out of my group meeting until a bit late, but was moderately inspired today for whatever reason, and ran about 4 minutes faster for this route than usual. Note this is very uphill (from campus to my apartment), so I actually was moving more than the time would suggest.
My knee was slightly annoying, but little enough that I had no reservations speeding up for the finish. The heat was oppressive and this was, depressingly in some sense, kind of hard. But in the same way it's encouraging, that I finally put a touch of diligence in my running instead of indifference.
